Steps in our process
- Meet the key participants, understand
the business environment and requirements, and review existing
project documents.
- Perform a comprehensive assessment of the project, paying particular attention to the human factors that influence the
outcome of the project.
- Using the results of this assessment, run a working session with team leaders to
delineate the steps necessary to address the vulnerabilities that have been identified.
- Conduct a project kickoff meeting where
upper management, business and technology managers, and project
team members develop a consensus on what is required for this
project to succeed. In this meeting we will clarify roles and
responsibilities, recognize risks, confirm commitment of resources, and define a
process to handle changes and conflicts. We will agree on
how to keep management involved and up-to-date on the status
and needs of the project.
- Monitor project and help the team maintain
focus, effective communication and problem-solving. Stay involved to facilitate
change management and conflict resolution. Provide ongoing coaching to
business and technical team leaders.
